Vaccinations, for it? Or against it?

New moms to be or any mom's out there, how do you feel about vaccinations ? For it or against it? Please explain why?

I'm 100% pro vaccine. Any potential children I have will be fully vaccinated as per the current CDC schedule. It not only protects my own child, but all of us.

We are vaccinating our kids, we are just not doing it as per CDC's bizarre schedule. Baby's immune system isn't even mature enough to process vaccines until they're at least 4 months old.

I'm for vaccines .... I did however modify my daughters schedule and decline the flu shot. In my opinion the flu shot isn't that helpful, it only protects against one strain of the virus and it's also modified every year... Plus my daughter doesn't go to daycare or anything. I vaccinate myself for flu because I have a stronger immune system and it prevents me from bringing that home.

I have a question. I will be getting my baby vaccinated but I'm just curious, why do people say kids that aren't vaccinated get other kids sick. If your kid is vaccinated isn't that kinda the purpose? To prevent contracting it from others? You would think the anti-vax kids would just get each other sick right?

Looking at it from my career stand point--vaccinations are a must. Without them not only is your child put at risk of deadly diseases, but is any other child who hasn't been vaccinated yet or at all. It's not worth it to watch a child suffer by your choice to not vaccinate.
