Lovenox Bruises

Has anyone else had to take Heparin, Lovenox, or some other form of blood thinners to help prevent miscarriage? I'm wondering if these bruises are normal. They happen everytime I inject the medicine. (I don't know if I'm pregnant yet, but I had an IUI Friday, and have had 2 MC so my dr is taking extra precautions).
