I can't relax ☹️

So I masturbate and I cannot for the life of me relax. From the moment I start I'm tense like legs straight and stiff and I hold my breath? I don't know how to relax and I'm afraid I'm gonna be the same way whenever I have sex, any advice? Does anyone do the same?
