Early pregnancy and birth options class
I live in a small community where there is only one ob gyn which, obviously is where most pregnant women end up.
I personally have always wanted a more personal approach than strictly medical birthing so I attended a class on birth options in my area tonight. The doula who led the discussion was so well informed and so understanding. I really feel more confident in my choices now and feel I will have a more successful birth with a doula assisting
