I'm 10w4d and I never got the exhaustion - quite the opposite. I vomited a couple of times and had nausea from 3w2d (found out super early) until 6w2d. Other than that sore breasts. No constipation. I haven't even been overly emotional. What the heck?! I've seen our little gummy bear on 4 sonograms with a perfect heartbeat and moving! I'll consider myself lucky!
