Is it possible to still go into labor if your not dialated? I'm at 40 weeks. Just wondering if there is still hope. I don't really want to be induced. Please share your stories

Your water could break and you could not be fully dilated I was 38!weeks when my water broke and only 1cm dilated

With my first I was 0cm dilated till week 40. My water broke that day and I delivered in 6 hours max.

With my first born, my water broke but I wasn't dilated although I still had to be induced to get me to dilate

Yea I was 33 weeks pregnant with my twins and I went in because I was having contractions every 4 mins but I haven't dilated anymore then the contractions stop and I was dilating got to 6cm overnight and had emergency c section

Is it possible?
