FSH value 4.2; retested again 2 months later and the value was 14.6

⭐️Hi everyone⭐️
I'm so confused .... My  gynecologist tested me for FSH in March this year. She said that my FSH looks good (4.2). She did not test me on day 3, she tested me after I ovulated I believe.  Anyway last month my endocrinologist tested me again but she tested me on day 3 and my FSH was 14.6 which is really high. I checked on the Internet and apparently this number is not going to help me to get pregnant. I'm so confused of why I got two different values. Which value is the one that's correct? I'm 29 years old ... 14.6 means that I have low ovarian reserve .... I'm really disappointed .... I've been told 2 months ago that my ovarian reserve was really good and now a few days ago I've been told that I have poor ovarian reserve.  What do you guys think? I'm so frustrated...
