Dont even know how to feel this morning.. after 7 positive forst response tests and having all pregnancy symptoms. Midwife and doctor giving there advice that they think i am.. picking up pregnancy registration pack for midwife. Recieving the joy of everyone on her saying congrats bbf!! After all this time. AF shows up. Cant get dwell theres always another time but cant help but feel gutted.😢
