Do I ovulate?

I don't think I ovulate anymore. I never get ewcm. My CM is always sticky and white. It's never stringy or egg white consistency or even watery. Wonder what's going on? And yes, I get a regular period every single month, cycle is 30 days long.

Maybe try Some lactobacteria capsules. Maybe you have Some sort of infection. Did your cm change when you ovulated before Some months?

Mine was like that even I was ovulating (progesterone test on day 19 or 20 showed it). I did s few things that seemed to improve it a lot. I drank more water. I underwent acupuncture from someone highly recommended (it was my third therapist!) and I started using a digital opk- which made me realise I ovulated early, around day 10, so I paid my cm more attention f on day 8 then I had been.

You can ovulate without getting the right cm, it's much harder to get pregnant if this is the case. I would use ovulation test next month to be sure that you do ovulate
