vaginal birth !!!!!

Anyone here been diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse and was able to deliver vaginally? I was diagnosed some time ago (I'm 28 years old) and am seeing a specialized cardiologist in September in conjunction with a high risk pregnancy doc that I am currently seeing (and my regular OBGYN).

I'm guessing that I won't be allowed to deliver vaginally because my heart rate spikes during any kind of activity (I can be walking on a treadmill and have a 180 bpm easily). Wondering if anyone has else has this condition?
