I am 4 days late and still not showing any sign of getting my period and can only eat certain foods and I started throwing up for no reason tonight

Best way to tell would be a pregnancy test. I freaked myself out years ago thinking I was pregnant and gave myself symptoms so I always recommend a test just to be sure. Good luck and fingers crossed!

Most people don't have signs some do. All women and all pregnancies are different. When I was pregnant with my second child, I didn't have any signs tell my hears heard the doc say your pregnant. I was like how I had a period he said that will be your last period. Then I threw up ate everything in sight. I was like wow. But I had a miscarriage. So its best to get a blood test. My obgyn only does blood test he never goes off of urine samples. The blood knows lol
