Scars and sex

just wanted to ask you all a few questions. I've had depression for a while and self harmed as a way to cope and needless to say my thighs aren't as good looking as they used to be and I do feel really self conscious about my scars. Just asking has any of you suffered with self harm and also how do you feel about them in front of your partner? How have you girls gotten over that wall of shame from the past and delt with this??
