No... The baby's size isn't big enough to be translated into your appearance yet. I'm 19 weeks and my baby is a bit over 9Oz. And I don't even hardly have a bump. It's my second baby too. Showing/vs not showing has more to do with your abdominal muscles and if your uterus tilts more forward. Having a high amount of fluid can have an effect or sometimes people's uterus measures further along than the baby does.

Agreed L! There's no way you can really know how big your a baby that soon plus according to apps at 16 weeks your baby weighs around 3.5 oz not 7.8oz. That's like a full term baby and at that rate you will have a 20 lb baby
