No more doctor at 37 weeks please help:(!!!

So im 37 weeks and haven't seen my ob in 3 weeks ,i come to my following appointment yesterday and my doctor wants to charge me 3000$ up front or he won't see me. I don't have that kind of money to pay up front so i dont have any doctor anymore. But my main concern is i think i may have pre-eclampsia, I've read online about the symptoms and i have most of them what do i do ?:(
