Breast milk production
For anyone struggling with it, I recently bought this powder drink mix (like emergen-c) for bm production and it literally worked right after the first use! They're by a brand called premama idk if there's any other brands that sell a similar concoction but this worked better for me than pills. Just passing along the info : ).
