This is the 3rd day I've had some spotting.  I just got back from a run so it's more then it has been.  I've never had this before.. What could it be?  Implantation?

I get this every month for about a week before my period by I always keep my fingers crossed it could be ib 🙏🏻

Could be implantation but it could just be your period. The amount each woman bleeds varies with every girl. Wear a pantie liner until it stops. You could take a test if it'll make you feel comfortable. It could also be the beginning signs of a miscarriage. I would just take it as my normal period unless this isn't your usual time, then test.
