Has anyone had this happen?

My period is due today, and yesterday I found out I had a yeast infection. My period is usually right on time and starts exactly the moment I go pee first thing in the morning. It's been 6 hours since I've woken up and still no period. I tested yesterday and got a bfn, BUT it wasn't fmu and I may not have gotten enough urine on the test. Also, it was an off brand first response knock off.

Has anyone gotten a yeast infection right before their period, wasn't pregnant, and missed their flow? I'm probably just gonna go to the hospital but want to know if anyone had a delayed period due to a yeast infection. I looked online and the answers are so flippy floppy. Half the sites and people say yeast infections can delay a period, the other half say they can't!!!!
