Napping schedule
Hi mamas! Curious if anyone has a napping schedule for their baby yet. For the past few months, baby naps inconsistently during the day for no more than 45 minutes at a time (but is sleeping through the night!! 🙌). We just put room darkening shades in her nursery yesterday and today she has napped twice already...once
for an hour, and now she's been asleep for 2 hours!. I don't know if I should wake her up?!
