It's best to use a physical SPF rather than chemical as this is more likely to cause irritation and it also absorbs into the bloodstream. Look for sunscreens containing zinc or titanium dioxide 🙂

If you can't find anything, just use long dark sleeves and a broad brim hat and stay hydrated, does the same thing without any chemicals.
