Okay so aunt flow came today 2 days late but whatever...this is my second one since I've had my IUD taken out I got first 2 days after it was pulled...it was light and really no cramps...I woke up this morning and was like oh hi aunt flow lol but I had to go buy actual pads cuz I was using panty liners and these cramps omg ain't no joke lol...now I had sex last Tuesday and I want to know how do you know if ur miscarrying or its just cramps?? I know it's highly unlikely I was pregnant however these cramps are pretty unbearable and I'm bleeding pretty heavy..
