Lower back pain and miscarriage??

I'm almost 9 weeks and have been having a dull ache in my lower back for most of the day today. I know back pain is a pregnancy symptom but I'm getting nervous about miscarriage. Has anyone else experienced this??

I had a lot of lower back pain with my first. No worries unless you start bleeding heavily.

Try walking around or stretching. I had really bad back pain week 5-6
