Not okay ? Or okay ? What's yalls opinion?

Okay I was going through Pinterest earlier and I seen these pictures like in my eyes these are no where to being okay, why would you have your 5 year old doing the duck lips and posing like that? To me those are poses teenage girls do. Idk I just find this not okay like have your child play out side of something! Let them be a KID and some of these outfits are just a big NO (MY opinion)

I agree, let kids be kids. They're only young for a while and they don't need to be dressing so mature like this. Don't they play and and get dirty? Why are some women obsessed with creating mini me daughters? I've seen mother dress their sons too grown as well. Kids don't need to be fashionable. Kids don't need makeup or heels either. It's also kind of sexualizing them. I won't do this to my son (or daughter if I have one), and I can't wrap my head around why anyone does it.

Absolutely not . What happened to hair bows and outfits with butterflies and flowers . Ripped jeans , sweater dresses , short skirts ? No . More like overalls , khakis , and Oshkosh b gosh .

I want my baby girl to be my baby girl. When she becomes a teenager she can be a teenager. I'm not going to miss out on my daughter being an toddler for 'cute' photos.

Agreed! Not ok. You are teaching you daughter that it's OK to dress provocative at a very young age. Then parents wonder why they are having to buy " skimpy" clothes for teens. Or why she asks for birth control at the age 15 cuz she's having sex already. It's not making a very good example up for them. When I was little my mom always told me to keep myself covered if I don't want boys to see me. I have always respected myself enough to cover up. If you let them dress like that when they are younger when they get older they will be showing more and see nothing wrong with it. Then when you try to tell them to cover up they don't understand why. But that's only my opinion. Every parent has their own way of raising there kids. Boundaries I am very thankful for the ones  I had growing up.

Hell no my toddler would not wear those outfits. There are I think two outfits I would let a toddler wear. And it would be for dress up or a special occasion. Let kids be kids.

Ugh no. A friend of mine dresses and poses her 4 yo like that and plasters 20 pics a day all over Facebook. I hate it. I think it's  inappropriate and sends the wrong message to the little girl.

If that's how my daughter wanted to be dressed that's how I would let her dress. If not I wouldn't force it. But I also would t force my kids to dress like "kids" if she wanted to dress like this. I don't see the problem. I see a problem with forcing it either way.

If she wants to dress like this, I see no problem with most of these outfits. But I wouldn't dress her like this unless she asked for it, because while it's cute, it's just going to get dirty.
