Pregnant again but very scared

I just found out I'm pregnant I had a Mmc at 12 weeks in November but already have a 4 year old daughter, I've cut off pretty much all sugar and all caffeine I've stopped smoking n started taking pregnacare being very cautious I've been having period like mild cramping for a few days is this normal ? I'm scared to death any slight pain I'm running to the loo to check for bleeding and advice about he cramps and any advice on how to ease my anxiety ??
