Almost 7 weeks late and spotting for 2 weeks.

I was 5 weeks late then started spotting. Went from pinkish to more red. Light not like period lasting now almost 2wks. All pregnancy tests said no but I stopped testing for a week or so. then I got a faint positive. But why am I bleeding for this long.
