Like the other ladies have said, it's just your temp first thing waking up in the a.m. (before speaking, drinking, getting up). There are basal body thermometers that you can buy that measure to the hundredth degree, instead of just the tenth like a normal thermometer. It detects smaller temp shifts. Hope this helps!!
