Heat??

Question

Have any of you ladies gotten so nauseous from the heat that you vomited? This happened to me today at work.

I just get swollen!! But drink a ton of water!!

I haven't, but I was super dizzy and light headed from the heat when I was planting flowers, had to go inside.

When I get overheated I see white sparkling stars get very dizzy and nauseous and I'm already sweaty but I sweat even more. Like dripping. I have to lay down in a.c. or directly in front of a fan drink water and wipe myself all over with a cold cloth. It's only happened a few times but its always when I'm pregnant.

I legit went into work this morning sooooo fn nauseous and sweating from the heat. After the ac kicked on in the office and I put my feet up I felt better but before that I was within seconds of puking.

Yes, I can't handle the heat. I'm 27 weeks and need to stay cool or I'm throwing up and all but passing out.

This has been a normal thing for me all my life. I cannot handle heat well at all.
