When did you ovulate following a miscarry? I have no idea whether this will be correct as I logged my miscarriage as a period. I'll use opks too when my hcg gets to 0.

For me it's always late. Having 2 this year I know what your going through and all  can say is give your body the time it needs to heal. 
That doesn't mean you can't try just means be gentle to yourself love.

Mine was a missed miscarriage so it took about 2 months. I didn't get a negative blood test till 4 weeks after d and c though

When I had mine, my cycle and ovulation went straight back to normal.  My loss was really early though 4+6.
