Help please

It's gonna be a year since I've been taking bc for my period and last month my period stop around the 6th day and after that I had no blood for 2 or 3 days after that I've been spotting and i dont know why it's the first time this has happened since I started bc and i dont know if it's something normal or something I should get checked. Please help if you know anything. Feel free to comment on what you think it could be. Thank you
