Dieting help

I've tried so hard to diet and eat healthier and exercise and everything and it is just so difficult. I'm starting to become very insecure of my body and it doesn't help that my mom keeps junk in the house all the time and I have no self control to stop myself from eating it. A lot of the time I eat for the taste take instead of hunger and irs getting out of hand. I'm 5'2" and 117 lbs and the fat is mainly on my tummy. I feel bloated all the time and have gross rolls every time I sit like really bad lol and have that ugly little line when I stand up. I want a flatter more toned tummy. I just really don't know what to do or eat and I'm starting to get really depressed because of it.
