anyone conceived first month after mirena removal?

I had my mirena removed Feb 2015, May 2015 we got pregnant, but didn't know. I was 10 weeks when I miscarried with a blighted ovum. Then Oct 2015 we got pregnant again! I miscarried the Saturday after Thanksgiving at 6 weeks. This time my endometrium lining wasn't thick enough to support the baby. We are currently trying again. I've been taking my prenatals since January and my doctor told me to come in as soon as I found out I was pregnant to start pills to thicken my endometrium lining. The EMT who took me to the hospital for my blighted ovum (I kept passing out) said a few of her friends had had the mirena and miscarried on their first pregnancy. I have a girl I work with, she has her Mirena removed and is about 12 months pregnant. So it isn't a standard. I hope when you get pregnant you have a happy and healthy nine months and good luck!!
