I'm late on my period. And now this happens.

Like I'm bleeding but not bleeding like it's coming out. It's just there . I was just laying in bed and then all of sudden I felt a weird pain and I went to pee and nothing but then I wipped and there was a lot of blood. And it's like super super super super watery but dark color not light
