Swollen lips??

Has anyone heard the swollen lips means baby is coming soon old wives tale?? I had someone say my lips looked swollen and that baby would be here soon.

I've never heard of this wives tale, but my lips have been swollen for about a month now, so I'm not so sure it's true.

Mine have been swollen since about 16 weeks pregnant 😅💋 it's just the extra fluid in your body
