Would you buy the leather Pandora bracelet for your boyfriend?

So, my boyfriend got me a Pandora bracelet for Christmas and he had like it. On another occasion he had told me that if there were bracelet similar he would like one. I searched online for an equivalence of the Pandora bracelet for men, and found that some men wear the leather ones. What do you guys think? If yes, would adding charms be too much?

I think the bracelet can be classified as manly, just depends on the charm or bead you'd add. I'd maybe do one your birthstone color or something and call it good.
