twins?

Hi, I am interested to know what were the early symptoms for anyone who is pregnant with twins, did you feel anything different like more severe symptoms?

I have been constantly sick since 8 / 9 weeks. I'm pregnant with boy/girl twins. Currently 21+3. Babies have an extreme dislike of food. Lol I'm still hoping they change their minds and like something.

I didn't have twins but I lived with my sister when she was expecting hers. She had much more severe and prolonged morning sickness as well as spotting blood into pregnancy which is why they did her first ultrasound and discovered it was twins!

At about seven weeks I thought I was going to die from severe morning sickness. I lost a ton of weight, was dehydrated, couldn't do anything besides sleep and try not to vomit. The exhaustion and nausea were just so much more extreme. I also cramped a lot.
