Will you miss your period if pregnant on Birth Control?

I have felt super nauseas the past two days. I take the pill correctly and had my period a week ago. Can I be pregnant. I had sex 3 weeks ago. Help!

Well if you're taking your pill correctly, then you shouldn't worry about pregnancy. The pill is a stand alone method. There are things that interact with the pill such as: diarrhea, vomiting or taking antibiotics. Diarrhea and vomiting after 4 hours of taking the pill will be considered a "missed pill". 
Take a test otherwise to make sure.
