Flip a Posterior "Sunny Side Up" Baby?

Question

Has anyone had any success flipping a posterior baby? I am 37 weeks and am pretty sure my peanut is posterior. I've been doing forward inversions, leaning on a birthing ball, and laying in child's pose the last few days. Is there a trick I'm missing?

I scrubbed my carpet on my hands and knees and she flipped that day. I no longer feel any back pain thankfully

My friend had good luck with cat/cow for like 5 minutes a few times a day, and pelvic tilts leaning against a wall. My baby was posterior last week but now at 38+3 the doctor said its flipped the right way and I didn't do anything special other than my prenatal yoga class on Sunday. Good luck!

My little guy switches often so I don't think it's anything to be too worried about until you are actually pushing. My doctor has made no comments on it either. I'm 39 weeks tomorrow and he seriously switches like 4-6 times per day.

How can they tell? I'm wondering how my baby is positioned bc I've been having a lot of back contractions and have read that it can be bc if baby being in this position. Is it painful when they try to move baby?
