Birthing Balls?

Anyone know anything about birthing balls? Like I hear they are good to help induce labor and help with the labor pains... Does anyone know much about these??

I used one day before my waters broke was on it most if the day

I'm using mine now at 33 weeks it helps the pressure in my hips and I just rock and make circle motions with my hips. There has been no concern with it causing me to go into labor.

I used one the week before I had my daughter. It didn't induce my labor. But it helped her drop really low.
