Adult Breastfeeding Relationships

I did not know this was a thing but apparently there are people who engage in Adult breastfeeding Relationships (ABR) where the boyfriend/girlfriend actually latches onto the lactating partner and she feeds them like she would her baby. Sometimes if she hasn't breastfed in a few years, she'll have to dry feed her partner or pump her breasts to induce lactation. It's said to create a really strong bond. Thoughts on this ladies??
