BBT- confused x
I've just started checking body temp so I'm fairly new to it, yesterday was 35.2 today was 36.3
Glow has said that I've had a spike in body temp and this could mean I've ovulated!
But I'm not due to ovulate for another week yet?
Can anyone explain how this temp thing works :) xx
