Had my membrane sweeped at 38+4 days yesterday and I felt disappointed that nothing happened. No spotting, no contractions. I woke up today at 4am with contractions that are 3-7 minutes apart and are quiet intense. It's now 1pm and they're growing further, but more intense. I didn't lose my plug neither did my water break. Should I go in L&D or should I wait? What tips do you have to keep the contractions going?
