Time for a workout!

Hello ladies, I hope everyone is doing well! I have a question I really want to go back to the gym! I have a vacation coming up and it's time to lose the extra skin from my second c-section. Is it okay and safe to use the treadmill while breastfeeding? It won't reduce my milk supply right? I also use a sweat suit to help sweat more... Do you think that's okay to use? I am just more worried about my milk supply than anything else.
