So I just recently started tracking my BBT as birth control and I took it very seriously (measuring at the same time every morning, buying books etc) and I had a clear ovulation pattern on CD14-17 (which seemed early as I normally have cycles around 35days) Now my other app as well as Glow is telling me that I ovulated on CD20. The other app (myNFP) also said that I have been on high temperature for more than 18 days and therefore most likely pregnant ( it even told me my proposed due date ???). AF is supposed to come in 5 days, but I had a little spotting today (implantation??). Because I expected to be unfertile again on CD19, my SO and I had unprotected sex, so according to my apps that would be the day before my ovulation. It's probably too early to test and I'm really stressed out, so I'm just wondering, did something like this happen to you? That you had an ovulation temperature pattern before the actual ovulation? I guess I just need someone to tell me not to worry ?
