Soooo what could I take for a fever if I need to

I'm 3 dpo and I keep having like hot flashes where I'm actually get a low grade fever and sorta nauseous. I  sore in my lower abdomen but other than that I feel great. My question is when should I medicate this fever the highest it's gotten is 99.5 and it comes and goes but as I sit here I feel sicker and sicker. If I need to take anything what would you ladies suggest? I don't want to possibly hurt a growing life in me should implantation be occurring
