Silly worries

So I won't be seeing a doctor until about 13 weeks (insurance changes) and my stupid brain is like "what if the pregnancy doesn't show up on the test?" "What if you can't see the baby?" I was so paranoid I bought another test. Of course it was positive before the test even finished but has anyone else had these weird fears or something similar?
