So yesterday I had what I believe to be contractions throughout the day without a pattern. It feels like a tightening up high in my abdomen that spreads down, almost like the feeling of having a stomach virus and needing to pass diarhhea, but it goes away within 10-30 seconds. I was having these waves of tightening/cramping about 4 times an hour give or take throughout the day. I didn't call labor and delivery because I figured it was just a big day of Braxton hicks, as I was pretty busy too. But I woke up this morning with wet boobs? And dried milk (I imagine?) in my nipples. Anybody experience anything like this? Baby is moving as usual so I'm not too concerned, but he is breech. I'm a first time mom. Any advice would be great
