Have the motivation to go to the gym and walk? I literally have none!

The only reason I have any motivation to walk at this point, is because I am due tomorrow and want him out. Lol. But in general, no. I have zero motivation to do anything.

I go to Crossfit 5x a week. I don't really have motivation I just go out of habit! And the feeling afterward is amazing. Even if you don't feel like it, put on your shoes and just go.

I do but I've lost a lot of weight in the past few weeks because of my husbands surgery and the stress so my doctor told me not to do so much sports and like do yoga if that helps me with my need to move lmao and like eat lots of healthy fat like avocados so I'm going to do that but I honestly felt so much more motivated to do sports during my pregnancy then normally, it was the same the first time and now as well 😂😂😂

I'm 24 w and I go the gym for an hour of cardio and then weights everyday. 
I also wear my fit bit and average 6 or 7 miles of walking not including my workout.

My pregnancy has been a breeze and working out actually gives me a ton more energy. 
Sometimes I have to absolutely force myself to do it but I feel great after.

Have the motivation to go to the gym and walk? I literally have none!
