Doctor believes I may be having identical twins however she said its to early to really determine and only time will tell. This is a 5 1/2 week ultrasound with my hcg at 21,000! One had a new little heart rate. Do you see it?

How's it going have you had anymore updates as to if your having twins yet?

My hcg was in the 20,000 at that time and I am only having one. If you believe you are then I guess your doctor will soon confirm. Your next ultrasound should show 2 if that's what you and your doctor suspect.

I can see it! "Most ultrasounds" at 5 weeks just show a bubble(a sack) mine at 5 weeks did and a yolk sack because baby is so super tiny they aren't showing up yet, this scares alot of woman but usually baby will show the next week. But with you clearly there's enough baby mass in there to show more than one baby unless your further along than they think .....only time will tell
