If you're taking prenatals have you noticed your cm is very "fertile" from the first day your fertile week?

My cm instantly turns to eggwhites and today is only my second day of my fertile week. 
 
I have been takin prenatals for 3 weeks now.

I never heard of it...I'm about to google this now lol see if it's any help..I know taking prenatal sis great to prepare urself...I guess maybe it depends which ones because the one I take are target brands and they make me a lil sick some others ones I was taken before were blue gels and made me eat a lot...
