My mom is a nurse at the hospital I'm delivering at and she messaged me this morning saying that a lady she works with says they're necessary, blah blah blah.

I have not had an interest in taking them and have heard that a lot of it is common sense information. I'm not against taking them, but I know a lot of women who didn't take them and were perfectly fine. I figure that my doctor and nurses are going to be the ones who will be coaching me through and that they should know exactly what they're doing! Lol maybe I'm naive, but it's also partially due to the fact that I don't have a birth plan. I am a very open person and frankly my only plan is to get to the hospital before I'm crowning and to get an epidural. Whatever it takes to get this baby out healthy and happy, I'm fine with!

I'd love to hear your opinions! The only class I am considering is infant care since neither my husband or I have been around too many babies growing up. (We're both the youngest) so that could definitely be beneficial to us! Haha
