Baby has dropped

My baby girl dropped about 4 weeks ago and yesterday I felt her head get lower I was in the hospital 2 weeks ago and they said I had contractions but stopped them and they gave me the shot for her lungs in case if I have her early and lately I been haven a lot pelvic pain and when her head moves I feel a lot pressure down there has anyone had this around 31 weeks and still made it to the due date? And has anyone delivered early due to baby dropping and pain they did send me home with instructions since I'm at risk preterm labor since I was in the labor and delivery 2 times in one month and they took me off work but not on bed rest
